Cec Murphey Helps Christian Writers
For the second year in a row, New York Times’ bestselling author and international speaker Cec Murphey will be sponsoring ten Christian writers with full scholarships to the Friday night and all-day Saturday events. In addition he is sponsoring two writers with full scholarships to the intensive pre-conference workshops.
Who is Cec?
Cecil B. Murphey is best known for writing 90 Minutes in Heaven (with Don Piper), which has sold more than five million copies and has been on the New York Times best seller list since October 2006, but has actually been in the top-selling 150 books for 15 years, according to USA Today. Who can apply?
If you are an aspiring writer and have a financial need, you may be eligible. If you had one last year, you won't be eligible this year. If you qualify, fill out the form below and indicate "Cec Murphey Scholar" in the explanation box along with your comments.

Student Scholarships: We realize these are difficult financial times and while we cannot offer a full scholarship to everyone who applies, we do have a limited amount of 50% scholarships to offer to full-time university students.
In addition, the conference price for high-school students is $25.
Proof of student status will be required at the door.
Working Scholarships: Volunteers to help operate the conference are critical to our success. We have a limited number of partial scholarshipsavailable to those who can work at a table, run errands, help out at lunch, etc. We try to award these scholarships based on need and a willingness to help.
